Our service includes a personal phone consultation to discuss your new site, opportunities for your review and approval throughout the process, expert graphic design services, complete website hosting services, and the utmost care in preparing and preserving your family memories on-line. You can also purchase a CD-ROM of your website once it has been completed.

Included, you'll find page options, sample sites, templates, custom options, and even special pricing on complete packages and extended hosting agreements. Once you have selected your website package, you can order your site on-line or via phone or fax. When your order has been submitted, we will call you for your personal website consultation. This consultation is done with your website designer, not a salesperson, as means for us to better understand your vision for your website. This consultation can be done via e-mail, but a live conversation is often more effective in communicating exactly what you want. Follow-up conversations can be completed via phone or e-mail based on your preference.

Please do not submit payment until after your personal consultation has been completed, as pricing is not calculated through our on-line form. Payment can be accepted through the mail via personal check or on-line using PayPal (PayPal accepts both credit cards and e-checks).

AD-FREE Hosting

If you prefer to create your own family website, and but don't want banner ads or popups—especially when you have no control over the content of those ads—let us host your site. Other Services

From Original to Digital

At TheConnectionSite.com, you can have a personal family website, no matter what your level of technology. While we happily accept documents and photos in digital form, we can certainly scan in photos or key in text from originals if you are not able to provide these materials in a digital format.

Photographs can be scanned from originals for $2.00 per image. This fee includes cropping and minor color correction. For more advanced photo manipulation, custom edges or retouching, please call for pricing.

We will manually input up to 100 words of text per page at no charge. Additional hand-keying will be charged at 2 cents per word for legibly typed documents or 4 cents per word for handwritten or poorly-copied documents. In some cases, clean, legible, typed documents can be scanned in using OCR technology. Prices will be discounted if this option is used. Billable word count will be based on Microsoft Word's word count feature. At this time, we can only hand-key in documents written in English. Especially for poor copies and hand-written submissions, please retain a copy of the document(s) so you can help us decipher text if necessary.

Research Services

If your time is limited and you would like us to help you locate specific information for your website, such as driving directions, maps, web addresses for specific links, etc., we can provide this service for a small fee. Please call for custom pricing. Note: At this time, we are not set up to assist in your family history research.

Graphic Design Services For Printed Materials
